Scoopz products are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients including some nut oils, and botanicals.

Much care is taken to ensure the stability of Scoopz products without the harsh chemicals.  However, because of the natural state of some of our products they are subject to melt in heat but will not effect the effectiveness of the product.  If your product melts, place in the refrigerator to allow it to solidify.  Once again, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED.

DUE TO COVID-19 USPS CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY

ON FIRST CLASS OR PRIORITY MAIL 

PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE ONCE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED. 

 

Scoopz uses USPS to ship products. Customers will receive an email that will include a tracking number from USPS to allow the ability to track packages up to the delivery.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days for Scoopz brand to process orders. Once shipped and confirmed by USPS, Scoopz is NOT responsible for packages not received, lost or stolen. Please contact USPS for resolution. We can not track packages or change shipping addresses for customers. 

 

Make absolute sure that the information you provide is correct and includes all information needed to ensure delivery of your order without interruption.

 

Any packages returned due to customer or USPS error that interrupts the delivery process will be charged $10 shipping fee in order to reship
